I LOVE Paul Mitchell the School

I am in LOVE with my school, Seriously why I didn't do this sooner I will never know. I have just started out on the floor and been LOVING EVERY SECOND!!! I was so nervous for my First hair cut. It was a male cut and I was SHAKING like you do when you drink too much redbull, or coffee. I was nervous but in the end it turned out really great. We have our teachers come over and check out or work and fix things that need to be fixed and such and Gio one of my learning leaders only needed to fix a few things and help me shape the back of the hair and around the ears. I was proud of myself, I also had my first color and it was really fun too, I was nervous for this too but it turned out pretty good. We bleached out some parts of her hair so we could do a bright red block color and it intimidated me but I am sure as my school progresses I will find easier tricks to doing it.

I hope that my friends who read this will come to me in the future, I am in school Tuesday through Saturday, all day During the weekdays I can only take clients up until 11:30 am because I have classes around 1, but on Saturdays I am there all day so please come see me! Make an appointment!! I would seriously LOVE to see you there!!

Call (801) 374-5111 Extension 0 for Phase one.

My student number is 96, and just ask to make an appointment with Heather.

Going on about school It was Paul Mitchell National Free Hug Day. (That's a long title.) Every PMTS in America went out and did Free Hugs. I know weird at first if you think about it. Well it all started with this one guy who was down in the dumps, his girlfriend left him, he lost his job and business, and was ready to just give up and return home, well he didn't leave he stayed and made a poster that said free hugs. Now if anyone has seen a Free hugs poster with a guy who looks like John Lennon well, I wouldn't be first in line for that one either, but this cute litttle old lady was the first one to get a hug from him, she told him that her dog had died that morning and all that she needed was a hug, and that's what OUR free hug day is, is to give back to someone having a hard day.
We went to UVU to hug needy college students, and at first I was so not into it, I stood in front of a poster and tried to keep to myself, but then someone came out and hugged me. I was shocked but realized that there's nothing to be afraid of, no zombies are gonna eat me. I gave lots of friendship hugs that day, and I hope that I made someones day. I know that after that day I felt good, Hugging strangers increased my mood and I was happy. I would gladly do it again. Seriously go out and hug someone you don't know or go out of your way to do something nice for someone else, you seriously feel so good about yourself. I promise.
